We love TPD. They are so organized and efficient. We are in and we are out as scheduled. Everyone is friendly and my daughter LOVES her appointments. Has never once expressed fear or issues about dentistry or how she is treated. Highly suggest.

My daughter had an accident Thursday evening that resulted in dental trauma, so I called Tallahassee Pediatric Dentistry the minute they opened the next morning, hoping they could squeeze her in. The woman who answered was kind and genuinely helpful, and they were able to get us in that morning despite having a full schedule. When we arrived, my daughter was nervous, but the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the assistant who took her X-rays was gentle and patient enough to help her feel comfortable. Dr. Shawn Hanway was wonderful. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, steady, and reassuring, which meant so much as an anxious mom. She took her time explaining the injury, possible outcomes, and recovery in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling informed and reassured. I cannot thank Dr. Hanway and the Tallahassee Pediatric Dentistry team enough for taking such good care of my daughter.

Love the atmosphere and how patient the staff is. This is the perfect dental office for my autistic 3 yo. I was extremely scared to see how she would react, but the staff doesn’t even bat an eye and are so accommodating to her needs. She LOVES it here!

had an amazing experience at this pediatric dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff made my child feel comfortable and welcomed. The office is super clean, bright, and kid-friendly there are toys, games, and a calm atmosphere that instantly put my little one at ease. The dentist was so patient, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way my child could understand. They took their time, made sure my child wasn’t scared. I also appreciated how clearly they explained the treatment plan to me and answered all my questions without rushing.

We have only had positive experiences with the providers at Tallahassee Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Shawn assisted with a tongue and lip tie release on our infant son. She and her team brought peace and reassurance to us during a very stressful season of life. They also help connect us to a fantastic Speech Therapy provider (Sunny Speech). The dental hygienists are great with all ages.
